I wanted to share a practice in meditation that has brought me much joy.

In a visualization meditation, I needed to think of someone beautiful and inspiring to call upon (a kind of physical manifestation of the divine spirit).

Instantly an image came to me of Franti with his dreads flying in the wind of beams of light exuding from his head and fingers. This spiritual guide is meant to be a loving companion in meditation and tends to foster a spirit of gratitude.

Targhee Music is a blog about all things music in Teton Valley. Named after our favorite National Park and Ski Resort, we decided it was high time to start a blog about all the live music we get to this beautiful valley! Our focus is on local artists and live music events, but every once in a while we pick up on an artist that truly inspires. We follow/blog about these artists as well.
