Cool students want to make a video!

I have a really great group of Sixth Grade students who were inspired by Michael to collect shoes and blankets at their Spring Concert. I am trying to make this a really special experience for them, and wondered how I would go about getting permission to use a song, maybe Everyone Deserves Music or The Sound of Sunshine, in a video of the students. This would only be shown at the concert and not distributed or sold or anything like that. I might like to post it on the school's website or Facebook account, too. Does anyone have any ideas how to go about this? Thanks! Jeanine

YouTube Video "Say Hey (I love you)" at FrantiV no longer for me

When I go to FrantiV at YouTube and click on the link for "Say Hey" I got the message:
"This video contains content from UMG. It is no longer available in your country."

UMG = Universal Music Group
This is what is said about UMG at Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_Music_Group
See the artists list at Universal Music Group: http://www.universalmusic.com/artists?filter0=M

Does this mean you are no longer indepedent?
Do you still have the right to say "Fans in Germany, Europe" can watch this video?

Just wondering.
