Did you know it's possible to give yourself a surprise birthday gift? It's true, I did it to myself. I wanted to treat myself this past year, and as my birthday was on a holiday weekend I was looking for things to do. I've always liked going to concerts at the Pier 6 Pavilion here in Baltimore MD. and I saw that the Wailers were coming to town that Saturday. They were an opening act for some guy named Michael Franti, whom I had never heard of. Now I didn't know the Wailers were still touring, and I wasn't going to miss the opportunity to see them.
