Last Night at the Greek Show

Last night my husband, myself and our two children, ages 9 and 13 went to hear Spearhead at The Greek Theatre. GREAT concert and so much fun had by all.... until the end of the show when our 13 year old ventured on her own down towards the stage in the hopes of dancing and singing with the band and other kids at the end of the show. When the song and kids started rocking, I noticed our daughter wasn't up on stage. Soon thereafter, I saw her heading back towards where we were sitting looking upset. When she got to back to us, she told us that as she approached the stage to go up the steps, a lady pushed her really hard and said, "you ugly ..., you can't go up there." My daughter was in tears and freaked out by the whole thing. Needless to say, the mama bear in me wasn't too happy... nor was the papa bear!
Anyway, it ringed as ironic that as Michael and band sat singing Imagine, was it, that this horrible person was probably singing along. It was a downer end to an otherwise fun night.
