My Sunshine!

The sound of sunshine for me is pure joy. The sunshine and pure joy in my life are the dogs that we rescue. The dogs we rescue are pit bulls. The name for many evokes fear but for us who know the truth, they bring so much happiness! It does not matter where they have come from or what adversity, neglect or abuse they have endured, they are ready to be loved and give love! Their big smiles, sloppy kisses and wiggles of happiness are what keep us going every day. We work tirelessly to save their lives, teach them obedience and give them the love they need to find their forever homes. Prejudice and ignorance against humans is ugly in itself and toward animals is just as sad. But we will never stop working to help these happy dogs bring joy to those who adopt them!
