Photography and recording policy and permission to venue

I am trying to find out what Michael Franti & Spearheads official policy is for photography and recording of shows. I have been to a few of the Britt Festival shows in Jacksonville, OR and last year I asked about being able to bring a professional camera to the show. I was told I needed the artist's permission and then I would have to get permission from Britt. I tried to contact the media contacts listed on the old site but no one ever got back in touch with me. I once again have tickets for this years Britt and want to bring a camera or two into the show. How can I obtain permission? I want to be able to document and share the love but have not had any luck so far. I also do not have a press badge, which seemed to be one option. Please let me know if there is anything I can do and thanks so much in advance...
