SKATEISTAN,

I have been given the best gift!! My sister, Julia Lane purchased a christmas card from Anti Social Skate SHop in Vancouver BC. >>I am a skateboarder from Toronto, and just the fact that I was opening an envelope with the AntiSocial logo on it was thrilling, as I have always looked up to RICK McCrank and longed to get out west to SHRED~ Then I read the card.......... and realized this card was the best gift I could ever have imagined.

On the card it stated: 20 dollars had been donated to SKATEISTAN ---------->>>>>...woooww wait a mintute....<<< (O.O) >>> what is SKATEISTAN im thinking <<<..... completely intrigued by the name and the logo, I immediately felt overwhelmingly joyful.

THE NGO SKATEISTAN EMPOWERS GIRLS AND BOYS IN KABUL, AFGHANISTAN (!yesssssss!) THROUGH SKATEBOARDING AND CREATIVE ARTS!!!!!!

At the point of reading these words I nearly wept sweet tears of joy.

My entire life I have been waiting... just to read those words!!! and now with the gift of the internet I am writing directly to those who are in the process of changing the meaning of lives, one motion activated and empowered youth at a time.

I am a humble servant of our young kings and queens, vessels of unimaginable potential, I am ready to rise to the breeze of spreading the love I am blessed with; Skateboarding, illustration, painting, sculpture, wood working, family, nature, and all the gods of all the earths, all people, all the souls of all creatures, and last but certainly also first...RHYTHM, SOUND, VIBRATION.

I am willing to do whatever is takes to become involved, First and foremost I will immediately begin spreading the word to all skate shops, skateparks and skateboards that I already know in and around Toronto and across the globe.
