ADOPTION is my "Sound of Sunshine"

ADOPTION is my "Sound of Sunshine." I was adopted at 13 days old and raised by two high school teachers who were also my loving parents; at age 24, I was reunited with my entire biological family and have been close with all of them ever since; then at age 33-34 in 2008, I lost both of my parents who adopted and raised me (Mama & Papa) and now I'm 36 and am looking forward to beginning the process of foster care and adoption with my husband soon. Feeling the warmth and absorbing the beauty of the sunshine always brings a smile to my face and also reminds me of what a blessing adoption has been in my life as I've come full circle as an adoptee, reunited adoptee, adoptee whose lost both of her adoptive parents, and now looks forward to becoming an adoptive parent (full circle - just like the sun as it being a circular shape).
