What Does the Sound of Sunshine Mean to Me?

What does the Sound of Sunshine mean to me?

When I tried to put it in words, it came out as "family, fun, and relaxation after a long year of working till you can't work anymore." But the more I thought about it, the less I felt my words did this feeling justice.
