I'm a 23 yr old Senior PR major & Marketing minor at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. My family tree consists of both heavy Italian influence on my mother's side as well as being Irish on my father's side ( I have more Irish in me, but I love wine & pasta, so I consider myself 50/50!) Before I decided on a college, I attended (3) local high schools, beginning with Peoria Notre Dame (transferred because of random drug test), followed by IVC for a brief period (unfairly expelled for marijuana), and finally graduated from Dunlap High School (my mothers alma mater) in 2006. Was the starting first baseman for the varsity squad, playing for Coach Wooden, who coached my father. After being pressed with hard times through school, I didn't hide, I embraced the change. I embraced the process of learning from experiences. Both my family and friends embraced my changes. Through it all, I've come to know more people than I could name, and love to network. Not only do I love to network, I love education, and I love music. Music of all kinds. Music that moves the soul, that motivates, that calms, music of all genres, and music that has a message. By having shared experiences with friends who I've made and trusted over the years, by learning from my mistakes and by embracing change, I've come to be who I am today, and it would be foolish of me to say that the music of Michael Franti and Spearhead, combined with the love and compassion of realness in the messages produced from somebody elses experiences, that motivates other people, that moves the soul of a generation...That's something I am proud to say has influenced me to be who I'm becoming. With only one semester left of college, this summer is full of music, networking, and education. I'm doing an internship with Jay Goldberg Events & Entertainment while earning college credit for it, in addition to the other 4 credit hours I will receive this summer...all while maintaining a healthy relationship with a beautiful woman by the name of Tara (27), her incredibly amazing son Ashton (3), a strong relationship with both parents who have been divorced for many years, a job as a server at a restaurant called 309, created by Michael Vai (brother of guitar legend Steve Vai), being proactive in the legalization of marijuana, seeing loads of live music, and having a huge group of people I call friends.
