About Me

Hello, Bonjour, Shalom. I am a dedicated Franti and Spearhead FAM, mom, yogini, yoga teacher, pediatric physical therapist and lover of all that creates social justice in this world. Currently live in Charlotte, NC, but traveling the country and world bringing the love of yoga to all whom I encounter, always sharing Michael's music with the students and they LOVE IT!!!

Interests

I am interested in spreading the peace through the teaching of yoga, YOga For Good, serving my little pediatric patients, traveling to help those less fortunate through my gifts as a physical therapist. I also enjoy road biking and mountain biking. I am willing to help in any way spread Michael's message of social justice. Use me!!
