I grew up in Toronto and trained in the arts - ceramics, fine arts, photography, yoga and computer graphics. I followed my passion for whole foods by working at the Ecology Retreat Centre for 10 years. I raised my son there and over the years created slow cooking recipes for organic, vegan and vegetarian diets. I work as a face/body painter and also teach yoga. I'm heading into a new business all about local food, organic clothes, including some of my designs. Very excited to live the ideas that have been bubbling inside me for so long!
